The casino was smoke-free which is a great plus. The indoor pool are was very clean with plenty of loungers and tables with chairs.

The bathroom was huge with dual sinks, large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area. The room has a refrigerator and single cup coffee maker, not a Keurig, though. We walked up the the desk at 3 PM and was promptly given a room on the 10th floor. We had apprehensions about the check-in process after reading some reviews, but we had no problems. We stayed for two week-day nights in the main building. Being treated like this will seriously make us consider if we ever go back. We should have just left but I didn’t want to ruin my mother’s birthday. The manager ended up just walking away from us. I said to her this is mistake that the casino made and they think we should pay the price. I guess she thought this was an acceptable outcome. lesson learned! The manager than somehow finds a room after we were told they had no rooms? But this is the best our complimentary room is now going to cost us $69. I had not left an email address and just took their word that the reservation was taken correctly. We get there, wait in a long line only to be told they had no record of a reservation for us! And that they were booked! I asked to speak to a manager who looked into this further and found that the person who took our reservation put us in for February 24th instead of March 24th.
